Professional Development During Crisis Online Learning

This course was created to support teachers during the spring semester of the 2019-2020 school year.  Our school district shifted to 100% online learning in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic and teachers required a number of different types of professional support in order to successful teach with our district's technology tools.  A professional development plan was developed for our campus based on a comprehensive  framework.  The guiding research for this project was a learning technologies implementation plan design document originally intended for the roll-out of STEM learning materials.  The implementation plan served our campus well in considering multiple components of a complex educational technology system.  One of the most successful parts of the implementation plan was the  comprehensive professional development framework.
